Shawn Roman

Shawn Roman is a lifelong Kewanee native who takes great pride in serving the community he and his wife, Jordan, call home. Being close to family, friends, and neighbors is important to Shawn, and it’s one of the reasons he’s passionate about helping local individuals and families navigate insurance decisions that can often feel complex and overwhelming.

Shawn joined the insurance industry in 2015 after beginning his career in financial services as a financial representative with Country Financial. In 2018, he brought his experience and leadership to CSB, where he now serves as the Insurance Division’s Agency Manager. Shawn values CSB’s people-first culture and the agency’s ability to work with multiple insurance carriers, allowing him and his team to tailor coverage solutions that truly fit each client’s unique needs.
