CSB Insurance Agent & Agency Manager
About
I was raised in Galva, IL, where I raised my two sons as well. After high school I attended Knox College in Galesburg, IL, where I played baseball and football and was a member of Beta Theta Pi.
After college I worked in social work and coached the high school baseball team at Galva High School, before moving to Eastern North Carolina. There I spent almost a decade teaching high school English and coach primarily football, baseball, and basketball.
Over a decade ago I moved my two children and myself back to Galva, to be closer to my parents, and to take up employment at Community State Bank.
In my years of service at CSB I have worked on the banking and lending side, and in the investment department. In more recent years I’ve been an agent with CSB Insurance, servicing primarily auto, home, commercial, and ag customers. I’ve enjoyed all of these roles, and relish the opportunities to find cost and coverage solutions for the customers in our communities.
Outside of the office I enjoy playing music (acoustic guitar and singing) at my parish masses in Galva, as well as gigs elsewhere. I also love spending time with friends and family on our pontoon boat at Oak Run. My fiancé Jennifer, my mother Megan, and my sons J.P. and Cyrus always keep me busy with sporting events, day trips, and all of the fun the good life in our neck of the woods provides.
I’m a truly blessed man, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how good life can be!
